Open your mind
The one-day Strategies of the Serengeti 'open' course gives an overview of the successful strategies used by the 13 animals from the book and applies them to modern business.
Delegates choose which animal strategy is most appropriate for their needs – the speed of the cheetah, the stealth of the crocodile or the safety in numbers strategy of the wildebeest. An inspiring one-day course is designed accordingly to offer help exactly where it's needed.
The trainer
Stephen Berry, author of Strategies of the Serengeti, runs the course. As an international MBA lecturer, former finance director and Serengeti enthusiast, he carefully makes each course challenging, relevant and fascinating.
Background
The book Strategies of the Serengeti, by Stephen Berry, examines the strategies used by a variety of animals. Using strong examples, it shows how these strategies can be used to help your organisation. He uses powerful analogies of the animals that thrive in a domain much harsher than our business environment to open the delegates' minds to current issues and new ideas.
